Four weeks!

Can't believe its already four weeks. Feeling strong no smoke wise, but this will be interesting. I'm getting a cold, usually, bam, straight to my chest, bronchitis, asthma etc. Sniffly, sneezing, but hey I can breathe without distress. What a wonderful feeling! Stay strong everyone, its so worth it!

Goes quick doesn't it? My colds usually end up on my chest - and stay there! Be interesting to see what happens next time - not that I want one for that reason!
