101 Days

Today makes 101 days of being smoke free and so proud of myself. It was so hard at the starting the first month was so hard but i hope and pray that i remain smokefree for life. I started exercises about 2 months ago and it has helped so much. My next goal is to reach 1 year and i am looking forward to reaching that goal

Good on you Haani. I wanted to get fitter as well - I can already feel the difference after 4 weeks.
101 days - awesome!

That;s excellent Haani, 102 days for you today. treat yourself to something nice, cos you deserve it xx

What triggered you to start quit smoking program,? Was it an event, ad ad, a talk to a family or friend? I envy you Haani to take the step to quit smoking, and I envy you that you have succeeded so far

Another what triggered me was my father he passed away from lung and throat cancer and I had to watch him go from a person who was independent to a person who had to have help doing everything. I still remember it like it was yesterday and it has been 2 year 2 months and 13 days since his passing. My dad was a pack a day smoker.
Neverneverever - I exercise with my sister and we made a promise to each other that we will not say 'NO' to each other for exercise we started of small walking 1km everyday and my brother takes us for boxing, footy, tennis and anything else he wants to do. Some days I don't want to do anything but I promised not to say no to exercise because it is so easy to say no. And I want to make a change for me.
Another - try not to envy me, I believe that you can do this just have faith in yourself you can achieve anything you want to do. Its hard but I was told if u slip up the next u start it seems a little bit easier.
And thank you to all the lovely messages.
