Hi my names Peter and Im 16 turning 17 this year, I Started smoking when I turned 13. I hung around with the wrong kids, so I done some bad stuff including smoking. So now I stopped hanging out with them I thought about boxing and I really love the sport of boxing, so 16 days ago I quit smoking and Im starting boxing at a gym. I quit smoking because I need the endurance for training long and keeping up in boxing, I had to quit for something and I found my reason oh and I got a girlfriend who loves me and I love her back she helped me in quitting too. Well that my story I haven't touched a cigarette for 16 days, stay strong and keep it up. P.S : I didn't use any pills or anything all done because I set my mind to it.
Well done Peter. Going it alone is your choice but many others need something else. Keep up the boxing as this is a great stress reliever too. You are young so should be able to gain the benefit quicker than us.
