Hi all.  37 days Smoke free I have noticed i feel a lot better and i also have recently started to coach my sons under 8 AFL team.  Have you ever tried to  keep up with 7 year olds?  I now have a better home life as my wife was never a smoker and she is now happy to hug and kiss me without the smell of smoke, The smell of smoke wafting in the air now makes me screw my nose up.  Oh well my little goal so far achieved loving it and i am not out of the woods yet but i am certainly making my way there with great speed.

Oh awesome! love it :) I never smoke at the kids sports games cause I feel awkward- what once used to be a natural thing to do is now becoming a conscious thing. I can't wait to quit for good without turning back..good on you Andy!
