avoid supermarket

schedule 30 May 2013

Hi All,

Thanks so much for your messages of support. They really do help!! I'm on day 3 and doing great, not so much as having cravings but I tend to find the habitual times that I used to have a ciggie hard. But just keeping extra busy.

Yesterday cut the lemon tree back, turned the spare room into my office (which has been on my agenda FOREVER).

I have avoided going to the supermarket asthat is a huge temptation. But had to go this morning and I am so proud to say I went through the aisle that sells cigs and didn't think twice. Then walked home without coughing. YeeeHaaa to me. Glad to hea you are all going well. Keep up the good work.

Day 3, well done and good for you Jodie 123.

It took us all a long time to be seasoned smokers, and i guess it takes a long time to undo those habits and triggers etc..

Keep strong, and busy and you'll knock the days down before you know it.

good luck and all the best xx

Jodie I just love going past the cigarette counter and just looking and going "now way". It makes me feel so proud of what I have achieved.

Keep it up.

Well done Jodie!!!! I think u shouldn't avoid supermarkets :))) I think like goonellabah.. Indeed it will make u stronger

Myself my closest coworkers are smokers and last time one of them told me if I could join. I accepted and went with her... I thought of taking this as a challenge and in fact I felt so annoyed and disgusted by the smell that I stood 2 meters away :))) otherwise no temptation at all. So proud!

Keep going!!! Congrats and wish you many other days smoke free. I'm only on my first week and feel so happy!!!
