I smoked for nearly 38 years. I enjoyed smoking. I cannot believe how good I feel . I have an auto-immune disease that incorporates sympyoms of lupus and raynauds. i take a number of drugs to keep me going. Since giving up smoking 5 months ago I now walk briskly for up to an hour everyday. My symptoms of the disease have lessened , painful joints and other problems but now I am full of life , handling problems with ease and if I wasn;t married I'd be out chasing bad women. Give up smoking and enjoy the life you've been missing. It is so good to breathe easy and wake up without coughing.
I hear you. I am so glad that when I wake up I no longer cough. I also have taken up going to the gym more often and while I may not have lost weight, I do feel I have toned up more. Everything smells so much fresher and clean.
Well done on your 5 months and keep up the great work.
