29 days down..
29 days smoke free, $311.03 saved...Can you believe it??! I know i cant. I havent been keeping upto date or checking this site to update my journey. But i will now :) Still have a few months to go, i must admit food tastes great and completely different! A total spinout. To be totally honest..I did buy cigarettes after my planned quit date. Smoked a couple but didnt touch the pack after. I held onto the pack for 2 weeks till i decided to chuck them. Im not on Zoloft like i had said in my first entry, that was a bad idea. Have had to stay on 1 tablet a day due to my current moods swings. When i was on 2 i would have frequent rage outbursts, paranoid thoughts, servere anxiety, nightmares and nausea. I have found myself to not sweat as much as i did when i smoked 20plus a day. I frequent the gym more now and i feel really good about it. Which is a plus. I actually have money on me whereas before id spend my cash on cigarettes and coffee (breakfast and lunch).Since quitting Ive been eatting really well, drinking lots of H20 and tomorrow i start councilling, i figured id go to find the best ways to handle my anger. Every so often even on the 1 tablet i seem to loose it, even if its for a short time, i get quite worked up, It worries me. Hope to see things differ within the next month though, lol.Lizbtw, ive saved all the money i would have spent on ciggies and then some...

I am only on day 2. How long did it take you to stop? And, did you just stop naturally i.e. not effort? What made you stop on that day? Just no craving?

I am on almost a month ciggie free...l take champix and they work very well for me...l do worry about weight gain..my daughter inlaw stopped smoking almost 3 years ago with champix, she gained weight, but went to the gym and lost it again.l try to go to aqua but sometimes l miss it.
