schedule 22 Oct 2012

I'm going through one of the many phases of quitting and I must admit that it is very testing. At some stage I felt like the hardest is over and before you know it, the challenge is back again putting me through the hardest test ever. Somehow I manage to remain quit. Not confident at the moment but I surely hope I will remain quit forever. God bless.

Stay strong quitsmart, I'm only on day 24 and I feel this challenge every day, but reading all these amazing stories gives me inspiration to keep going.I think if I didn't come here everyday I would have given in to the temptation. Keep up the good work, you're doing great.

Blue57, Thank you for the support. It has been really hard so I adopted this mentality that come what may, I'll just have put up with it. Better suffer than going back to the smokes. Not easy but there is nothing else I can do unless I let all the hard work go to naught. What we may be going through now can't be worse than be dependant and addicted to nicotine again. Agree?

Agree, no going back. Funny I actually dislike the smell now. Stay strong and I will keep checking back.

Hope you are still going strong . Your 4month daywas my quit day. So far so good. Th positives outweigh the negatives every time I get the urge. Not easy but it is really nice to be able to breath and not gough all day.
