Getting closer

Well today it has been 77 days since my last smoke and 7 days with no patches. I am very proud of my self and am now starting to get a little bit more confident that i may acually succed the journey I set out on and dare I say be a non smoker. I still have my bad days and this week on day 74 with no patches I think I had the worst day of my whole journey. It made me question whether I would of been better of not using the patches as you still go through the withdrawal when you finish the course. But as my husband assured me that on other attempts to quit I never finished the course and always failed. Next week will bring me to the 3 month mark and I think it will be on that day I will comfortably be able to call myself a NON-SMOKER

Congrats on getting through the tough days. It does get better so stick with it.

Nessaburger, I have had mental health issues as well, so I understand how this makes it even harder for you. Increasing exercise helped me, along with patches at the same time as lozengers. Hypno didnt help me either. I have counselling which has really helped.
