No more patches!!!
It is now day 70 for me and the last day that I will be using the patches. So hopefully, that will be the last I will ever have to deal with and remind me of nicotine and cigarettes. Feel pretty proud of myself and confident that I can now overcome it as I have come to far to give in, knowing how angry and disappointed I would be within myself if I did. Keep going everyone!! It is worth it and it does get easier.
4thekids, on day 11 of my 23 days smoke free period I went cold turkey and it has been 13 days since. I have cleaned myself off nicotine after 72 hours and it hasn't been that scary! There is alot of craving for a fix but I stood tall against it. Now it is over and I am feeling more distant from Nicodemon! Don't want him back in my life again. Never take another puff and say no to nicotine. Only way to go. Good luck and I am sure you'll enjoy the Freedom!
