I have just completed my 3 months of not smoking,I feel so good and haven't been tempted to smoke.My advise to everyone is to tell yourself everyday "I am not going to smoke" and then think of all the money you will save and how much healthier you will feel.You can do it!!

Well done grandma. Fantastic effort. Now start telling yourself "yippee I'm a non smoker". That's what I did from day 1. You deserve to be a non-smoker so start calling yourself one!
