Im feeling pretty ordinary of late! I am day 29 and proud of that , but really feeling the loss of my smokes. Like their is something missing in my day, I know its a good thing I am doing, I'm fine when I am busy but when I stop or relax thats when I struggle. Any suggestions!

Quitting is hard, yes?, and don't we all wish for the 'magic cure'? All I can suggest(Based on my own experience of quitting alcohol & still trying to quit the smokes)
1. Watch out for depression, and especially watch out for those days when you are feeling good.(trust me)
2. Like you, I can go all day at work without smoking, but when I come home and sit down and relax, it hits me. WE are all allowed to relax(I really hate it when ex smokers say"keep busy") sorry but I like relaxing, remember that! 3. WE are all allowed to feel proud and good about ourselves! Yep remember that one as well.
4. Most of all!, only read positive comments or experiences, and you know why? because they are the only ones smoke free............You can do it...day 30...day 31...day whatever......it's not important.

29 days is a great start Rhylana. It's taken a lot of effort and determination to get this far, and you are so past the worst of it. My only advice would be to keep that in mind each time you feel like a smoke. It's not actually YOU that wants the smoke, it's the addiction that has been in control of your mind and body for so long. The real you is making a come-back and saying you don't want to be addicted anymore. You've already proved you're stronger than the smokes! You know you are!

I agree 29 days is great!! For me the first 2 weeks was hard as I didn't know what to do with my hands. I settled on carrying a pen around and it really helped. You've hit a bad patch, I think we all do, but if you plough through you'll come out the other side and will feel better.
