115 days

WOW 115 days!!!!!!!! if you had of asked me 116 days ago i would have said there is no way that i can give up! but now 115 days later its like a different world for me, friends at work and when i'm out  still get up and go out for a smoke, i just sit there wait for them to come back in smelling like ash trays, and i have a giggle to myself, they ask me how i do i it, and i say it's hard to start has to be the hardest thing i have done, but when i sit here with you and smell the smoke and see your yellow fingers i think i really dont want that again, i have also got 2 other friends who have joined me as a non smoker and they are doing extremely well ,,,,, so people who read this don't give up there has been times i've wanted to but just stick with it it gets easier as time goes on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
