MY EXPERIENCE NOW 74 DAYS

Well today marks 74 days without a smoke and for all things ,I do feel alot better ,my lungs are clear ,my morning coughing fits are long passes .I have a feeling that YES I have conquered and beaten a evil foe .I read alot of stories here and still I wonder how many percentage of people will fail and never try again thinking that it was just to hard  to emotional or just more easy to continue with cigarettes .I would honestly hope it would be a small incentificant number .

I carry with me photos of my 3 month old daughter ,I did this for her ,I did this for her .I just tell myself I smile and put the photo away .A constant reminder that I want to be there for her as a father should ,not a half a man in a mobile scooter due to his body ridielled with aliments that finds it hard to walk 10 paces .

The money is also a great inspiration ,what I save ,I put away for her .My wife also has been  a great help in my sucess to accomplish quiting ,a good women is hard to find ,lucky me  for I have one .She put up with my smoking for years and never hated me for it ,but when I decided to quit she was more supportive that anyone ,making sure she had thing covered to stop me finding resons to blew my stack and pick up a pack of smokes.

Yeap support is necessary .I constant reminder be it a picture of your family with you will be a great power against cravings and loss of will power .pROMISE YOURSELF that someting special for quitting god knows you will be saving nearly 5 grand per year by doing it if not more ,thats one great holiday a newer car ,whatever but you will deserve it for accomplishing quiting plus a healthier lifestyle to go with it ,absolutley priceless.
