Woke up this morning and didnt think about smoking until now. Thank goodness there are none in the house because I think I'd give in. Not going near the shops to make sure I dont buy any. Today and tomorrow will be my hardest days because 3 days is usually when I give in. Just have to keep busy.

Stay focused Mumma, you will be O.K. Like you said, just keep yourself busy. This site is a fantastic distraction especially when your having bad cravings or withdrawals. It really helped me. Keep a bottle of water close by and suck on some mints, I found this really helped as well. Lot's of walking did me wonders as well. Best of luck and keep us posted on how you are going:)

Keep going Mumma, I know haow your going. I just looked at my day's given up after on being on the site for a few day and I was shock that I have got to 16 days. I didn't realise that it had been that long. You go girl you can do it. Keep up the good work. Stay strong. You are now in control, remember that.

Hi Mumma, You are doing really well and by limiting your exposure to the horrible things will ensure you stay strong.
A little tip someone gave me that helps me is the rule of 3. Day 3, Week 3 and Month 3 are the hardest. By knowing this you can prepare and ensure you stay particularly busy and focused during these times. Also a craving lasts 3 minutes so when you want one, keep yourself occupied for 3 minutes and then you will be fine.
