Hello all, i'm just checking in to say a very big thankyou ti this site as it was not thanks to patches, therapy , medication, gum, and and and,
It was this site and all the people here who saved me form theses terrible things called cigarettes!
god bless you all on your journey i absolutely love being free from the slavery and torcher of cigarettes.
today marks 165 days for me and honestly, i dont even count anymore:)
Good work rocky-rush thats excellent. Yeap I have to agree this site is a great support mechanism. Without this site to lean on, Im pretty sure i wouldnt have made it this far.
