Oh no, it's the weekend again.

Friday has arrived again, I am planning on taking the no drinking approach this weekend. ( does not  mean it wont happen though). I have organised to look after my Grandson on Saturday night so that puts paid to any spontaneous all-nighters. Unless the grandson pulls one of course, he is quite fond of the night hours. 

Next week is what is concerning me though, I am spending the week up on Magnectic island and Townsville with my bestest mate. She lives up there and we are total ratbags when we get together, you know cocktails on the beach for brekky and things like that. I took up smoking during an attempt to quit on my last visit, but I am pretty sure I can stay strong this time around. All I need to do is don't smoke, I mean how hard can it be, right?

Try and stay strong! Sometimes you have to sacrifice something you like to achieve a goal. Maybe you should try doing something else fun this time???

have you tried the mini lozenges vanessa mae? I used them for the first few weeks and I tried to make a point of not changing my routine too much (so still seeing friends who smoked and still having a drink or 2/3/4) and found combined with my VERY determined to not smoke any more attitude, the lozenges helped while drinking..it will come down to your mindset though and I'm sure you can do it!! hugs, strong thoughts coming your way xox

Yeah stay strong. I was in Europe during the first three weeks of quitting and EVERYONE smokes over there. I looked at the smokers and said to myself "yippe I'm a non smoker and you're still a slave to that weed". It really helped. Try talking yourself into it. Best of luck. xo

yes I have tried the lozenges but have recently stopped using them, I will stock up before I go. I am determined!
