Life without cigarettes

I am still going strong 38 days without a cigarette. I have just been in hospital for 4 days because of an asthma attack and i am back on the road to recovery. I do still have occasional thoughts of going down the road and buying a packet of cigarettes and then within 5 seconds that thought has gone. I don't need cigarettes I am better of without them. I am going to be living a long smoke free life from here on in.

Anyone who is on the journey as well just stick at it and you will succeed.
