Hi just passed 58 days. Some days are easier than others and I really  like to return to this website for inspiration. I still often feel like a smoke late at night I guess thats when I'm tired and a bit more vulnerable- I just go to bed. Have to say I am much more relaxed not smoking. What has worked for me  - not patches they just made me more agitated.What worked - Setting a quit date, cutting down, eating everything first two weeks, then more careful- sugarless gum, having teeth cleaned, spending money saved on clothes etc, joining a gym and walking. Have noticed much easier breathing not so much difference in taste.  Still dream of smoking which is not unusual as I smoked for more than 30 years. So glad to be  a non smoker!!

59 days, it's the best feeling coming this far. Your a champion.

stay strong and we'll see you at day 100.

There's a few of us all at the same stage,That's great we are all marching forward together.
