Im 33 years old and i use to smoke back when i was 18 grow up in a home where my mother use to smoke & my dad the same (they don't smoke now).

Just 2 years ago i just got out of bed and said im not going smoke anyone i went backwards & forwards.

As a christian i prayed to God and as for his help so he made me quit with in a day after praying.

Now 2 years later im smoke free i can sit around smokers and it does not worry me it makes me sick smelling the smoke but thats a good thing i now quit and not going back.
