70 Days Today it's a miracle!!!
Well I never thought I'd see 70 days (10 weeks) of being a non smoker and it's bloody wonderful. For any of you new people who are just starting along this road YOU CAN DO IT, I promise you, if you really want to do it you will succeed and it's fantastic. Arm yourself well with information and resources and keep this site as your best fall back position.
All urges to kill anything or anyone have gone, I actually feel less stressed than I can ever remember, it is true that you deal with problems in a calmer more rational manner when you don't smoke. My wife, daughter and friends are still smoking and it doesn't bother me.... don't like the stink much though.
Can't really think of anything else to say at this point in time, except keep going guys it really does get easier.... trust me I even told everyone i didn't fancy my chances when I stopped and I'm still here and infinitely happier.
