smoking stinks

hi, its so hard yo say just stop smoking not easy i smoked for 32 years out of 47 years things can be tough but will power has a lot to do with it. i have 3 sons all 3 are behind me first no smoking in my house . well i work at fast food that is open 24 hours i am very stressed being a manager and all quit for 30 days and going strong hope every one can quit like me i know its hard been there but now this is the longest i have quit.
