Can anyone else tell me if they have had weird dreams while on nicabate patchs????????????????????????
I'm also curious as to what states most people live in. I'm in Sydney.
Hi kathyrose. I'm in Sydney too. Patches give you weird dreams. I always take mine off before I go to bed. & put a new one on first thing in the morning. Have a good weekend. We're off camping for the weekend to Coolendel - near Nowra, on the Shoalhaven river. I'll check in again Monday arvo to see how everyone's going.
I'm in Coffs and I gotta be honest I never dream or if I do I never remember or if I remember I've forgotten...... funny what giving up smoking does to your cognitive abilities too huh?

Hi Kathyrose. I am in Sydney too. Was about to say I think Tiger is in the Blue Mountains but it's already there :).
I had a half baked attempt to quit about 6 years ago and used patches and strill remember the dreams, they were freaky. This real attempt, I have used nothing, but if it's any consilation the first three weeks I had horrible sleep habits. Either dreams or just not sleeping properly. It does pass I am back to sleeping like a log :)

Hi Guy's i used the patches for just 10 day's and i am still experiencing strange and uncomfortable dreams so many weeks later.
You guy's would be surprised at your results without them!!!!!!
oh i feel lonely know i am in the southwest of western australia. i had weird dreams- well really vivid ones that i remembered the next day. I did like everyone else and took it off at night. Kathy you are going awesome - i hope that you given up counting the hours ;-)
yes i take my patch off at night also. Doesn't matter where you live i wasjust curious,,we are all here for a common goal.
Yes i have given up counting the hours. Now it's day's. I guess thats an improvement.However i'm having a craving as we speak first one for today. They come at really unexpected times.
When I tried patches I did not have weird dreams, I had sinful dreams. Had the same problem with Champix, but I decided the result (i.e. not smoking) is worth the price (sinful dreams, being Catholic having to go to confession etc!!).
Anyway now three months and all is well. Very much worth the price in my opinion. Though I do wish I could have some of those dreams back. They were worth having to go to confession for!
