After smoking for 36 years and a trip to hospital with havin a suspected stroke, smoking was soon to be a thing of the past. So know I am 17 days smoke free, Don't use nicotine replacement as you want to get rid of that crap out of you're system. The best thing i have found is 4-5 litres of fresh lemon water a day, it not only helps rid you're body of nicotine faster but also is a great way to detox.

Superb work. I agree with no nicotine..but for some people it is the only way that they can quit..I have been nicotine free for three weeks now :) and I know that I feel better this time around than I did last time when I did have patches/NRT

Be careful with the amount of water you are consuming. Unless you are doing heavy exercise, 3 Litres of water should be your daily maximum, any more than that and you will dilute all the natural salts in your body (electrolytes) and it can make you violently ill.

But congratulations on 17 days smoke free!
