I refer to myself as an Ex-Smoker. Not a non smoker or smoker because I am prepared to face times where i will be tempted to have a cigarette. Maybe i will have access to cheap packets of cigarettes or a smoker will offer one to me. I can casually say now I'm an Ex-Smoker thank you ! Around 7 months from today i aim to undertake a course and spend time studying to learn more. My course will be offered at the beginning of 2026. I will be prepared by that time and will have a strong focus on completing my studies. To get to that stage of focus i plan on taking one month at a time. Later this year i will be celebrating my 40th birthday and will be one more yeat older, wiser and happier. I'm happy to make the choice to quit cigarettes. Why did i choose to stop? I can begin by saying that i would like to put others ahead of my choices instead of becoming selfishly greedy continuing to smoke cigarettes. Waste of time, money smoking is. It's a habit which can brainwash a person without them even realising what there putting there body through. No more Cigarettes.
