I need to quit due to health reasons

I Don't have a choice anymore to smoke tobacco I had discovered health issues which aren't life threatening yet so I have to quit smoking and it's the hardest thing I cannot do! Please help! I smoke because the tobacco calms me down I smoke a lot of tally rolled tobacco each day

I tried to give up over 10 times used patches but didn't help, what worked for me was I just went cold turckey and just suck a mentos when I felt I needed to light a smoke, I'm now over 6 weeks since I had a smoke It was way easier than patches, got cravings between the 2nd and 4th week but now only rarely I don't want to smoke again may be try that I started smoking at 13 and I'm now 64 just get your head in the game you have got to want to give up

I'll tell you I'm 2.5 mo free I have a story for you. My first quit was with nicoderm cq (not genetics, there not the same) I taped it to my arm. Kept the step1 on for as long as I needed. That's the 21mg. It provided padding for the fall, I took a bath every night. I used forums to vent. It's like a rocky cliff, one minute your hitting calm then you fall. Stupidly after 11 years free I started back because of living with a smoker. I broke down after 3 years.SO today I'm 2.5 mo free. I tried the ON ouch cinnamon. I bought the 8mg. they have different strengths. Effortless. You can!

Excuse the typo... ON pouch. Also quitting is extremely difficult. If you can get past a craving they last 2 min. Call a hotline. Apples during a craving. Hot bath. Like I said above the on pouchs have made it effortless. Cinnamon. I mean emotionally to. I made a dumb choice, the person I live with barely smokes but me, I was heavy. So the ON pouchs have been a God send. Just know your not alone

Stop thinking that you can't. We did and you most certainly CAN a well.

Read all you can, It all helps whatever path you choose, it's OK I am just starting my quit again, and my trigger is there is tobacco in the house, so I have to be really motivated to quit and make it last, but we can do it...
