Going cold turkey

Feeling sick so need to give up. Have grandchildren and want to be around for them. Tried patches before to no avail. Decided tonight whilst having a smoke that it was over. No more smokes. Going to put the money away to buy mysrlf a desperately needed new phone. Its going to be hard as I have smiked since 15 and im now nearing 60.
