lung issues

I have tried hypnosis and it didn’t work for me. Cold turkey 4 times and still trying..
Has anyone tried Herbs to detox the lungs?

If you should read my story, you will discover that my decision to quit smoking may have come from a detox concoction for the lungs.
I like you, feared that I would die a smoker, powerless to fight against it. Past efforts had failed and I felt that the only thing that I could do was to try and diminish the damage done for the past 40 years.
A ginger and turmeric tea has powerful antioxidents. I later learned that ginger helps to curb nicotine cravings. It may or may not have helped me , but did have me join a quit smoking site and learn the tools that I have lacked in the past.
I gained belief in myself and that I am stronger than nicotine. I learned that I am an addict, albeit legal.
I learned that I did not smoke because I liked it, but because I liked not having cravings.
I saw of others succeeding and was determined that I could too.
No one can force you to quit, not even you.
I visit in hopes of others changing their minds about how they envision this challenge and in hope of giving them the tools and confidence to succeed like I did.
I strongly believe that you must first find the WANT or DESIRE to quit smoking and also the BELIEF that you can.
The mind is a powerful thing, and you want it one your side.
Never give up trying, as each attempt is a learning tool and you are one step closer.
Allan Carr can give these insights much better than I , and the e-book is free. I know now why I quit smoking much easier than I had expected.
