I want to quit because I need to save for a house. This current market is just ridiculous.

Very laudible aim Jbem. A school teacher at the age of 11 give us a maths excercise the moral was he didn’t smoke or drink at that in 25 years paid for his house.
I the U.K. where I live in York the average house is £300,000. About $900,000 Aussie Dollars- However tomorrow has to start somewhere my friend- my 23 years of smoking would have been a $100,000 Aussie Dollar deposit now- think on that
