The biggest scare for me was when I had heart attack last week,
To be told by the doctor your only 51 if you don't stop you are likely to have another if you carry on smoking
You have to stop you may not be so lucky next time!!!
It frightened me when put like that

You have been blessed with a warning. Many do not get that second chance so make the most of it. You can do this when you see smoking in a different light. Being free of nicotine is very liberating!
