Lung problems

We are up for the challenge when we put our minds to it. The mind is a powerful thing.
My Dad lived with challenges for the past 4 years due to an bicycle accident at 84. Some were to physical to overcome, but this weekend he had great pain and admitted to the hospital . When masses in his lung were found, he could not bear to put us or himself through that further decline in living. Where it should have taken days or weeks to slip away, he willed himself to go in 48 hours. We of course are thankful for his quick release from the pain..
Once we make up our minds nothing can stop us. Dad chose a different path that what he was on. You can choose your destiny. He had not been happy for some time, as he was fed through a tube, getting less mobile, could not get rid of mucous in his throat, among other things, but still he fought valiantly through these things til the end. I am sure he fought just as hard for his release.
Envision what you want for yourself and family, and go for it!

Amarkhan, Yes,.. we will fight (and win).
Happiness, I am so, so sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you. Thank you for sharing,.. I'm sure it was hard for you.
