Have a plan and set your quit date. We are here to help.

We know that anyone can quit smoking. You are no different than anyone else starting out no matter your age or the amount smoked, nor the length of addiction. Some of us , like I, smoked over 40 years and I quit with relative ease. It can be easy when it is something that you really WANT to do. Find that WANT and BELIEVE that you can. We did!

Hello and welcome Raymond J. When you quit, you will immediately start getting the health benefits. I started breathing better, my gums are better, my energy level is better, I smell better, my dogs smell better, my car smells better,.. the list goes on and on. Health reasons are and should be on the top of everyone's list. Cigarettes kill. They cause addictions. We are all addicts, but legal addicts. We are no better than heavy alcoholics.

Instead of "wanting" to quit, why not just "quit". Join us Raymond 3. Take a stab at it. It takes just one quit for some people, but for some it takes several quits. Maybe you will be one of the lucky ones that takes only one quit. Why not give it a try? Start your "quit" now.

Set the date and do it. Trust that quitting is what will set you free. Stay with this community. Read posts, write posts of your progress. We have all been where you are now. We set the date and did it. Now it's time you set your date and do it too. There is no time like the present. You don't want to be a smoker for the rest of your life, do you? Join us.
