Losing to many family members
Hi my name is Sarah and I’ve been smoking since I was 12 years old. I’m a mother of two young boy age 4 and nearly 3 and I don’t want them growing up with out a Mum. I lost my pop at 15 and my dad at 16 and my nan at 17 and more family members along the way not far apart my uncle 19 my auntie 20 and my auntie this year. So I want to live longer for my kids I need help

You are so welcome Sarah, yes it is now time to stop the unfortunate cirucumstances that has been in your family previously. Please let us know if you are taking any NRT (nicotine replacement therapy) and how far you have progressed in any way.
You will be so happy to have that extra money, to help out with any extra medical bills, and to give your children a few happy surprises along the way by rewarding yourself regularily.
No one on this forum has ever said they are not happy to have made this decision, in the first place. You will need help regarding the physcological aspect and the physical aspect (they both go together) so you will need this mindset to be successful.
Congratulations on making this decision for yourself and your children, you can have a happy ending this time.
Sarah, I too have sadly lost loved ones to this evil addiction and I am writing this msg from a hospital bed in box hill Victoria, I’m one of the lucky ones... I’m still alive! I ended up her on Tuesday 16/02/21 with extreme pain in my left leg and my little toe turning purple. I was hot stepped into vascular surgery the following day and recovering slowly. I’m a single mum of a beautiful 14yr old girl who needs her mum “REAL BAD”!!!! I know this isn’t going to be easy, but it got to be better than leaving my girl with no one... We CAN do this!!!!
