No smoking
Hi everyone tomorrow is my surgery day and I'm very nervous. I am still no smoking and definetly won't be after surgery. Struggling with no smoking but will not give in
I am stronger that nicotine.
If you don't mind to please say a we prayer for me tomorrow during surgery. It's not a to serious of surgery but my health is just not good at the minute.
I am still using my patches and will be after surgery

I hope you have learned the power of positive thinking. You are much healthier in this short time without the smokes than you were just a few short weeks ago.
