Today struggling a bit but will not give in.
I would hate to give it and then back to day 1
Not going to happen
Positive thinking everyone 🚭🚭

Walking helps me a lot.. incredible how it can help, when you just walking somewhere outside, the best is in some nature.. and lately I tried breathing excercise, just one minute and I forget everything.. app breath ball is what I tried, but there ard many.. keep going I don't want to see you back.. you are going great..

Matik_one I have got through the day now it was just a moment of grrrrrrrrr. But I thought no no I don't 2 go back to day 1 again
I did some breathing excercise and that helped me through it aswell
How you going with your no smoking?

You go Girl! You can and will do this one craving and one day at a time. Just stay focused on your true desire and stay positive!

It's a good feeling.
Yes and day by day we take it and be positive
Allen carrs book is great to read

Could be better, but still good.. I can enjoy more then half a day like non smoker, but still struggling with cravings, which are in less frequency but still dangerous.. I lovin my life right now.. I don't want to go back.. I have big plans and imagines for my future.. I don't afford smoke anymore, 18years were enought.. It's great to fight together with this community.. it's priceless..

Great posts everyone.
So good to be back online; our new Tower is now complete and in Australia the reception can be hit and miss with such large distances to cover.

Matik_one I did smoke for 15 years and yes I am still young and glad that I finally had the guts and to realise what it was doing to me and because of surgery I swore to myself once surgery is done no more.
And it actually is alot easier cold turkey than to cut down. I crave yes a bit but nothing serious. I have a friend who still smokes and in allen carrs book it says carry on your normal life so I went and seen her yesterday and I struggle when she lit her 1st ciggeratie
But after that I was fine and I went home so proud and I didn't have that feeling o who cares let's just have 1. I didnt have a ciggeratie
That felt so good.
Before we no it 8 months will pass and we will be well on the road to better things.

Well done keep positive and reach for your goal we are all here supporting you all xxx
