Hey guys first time posting just started today as my first day to quit and just want any advice I can get what methods are the best and most effective way of quitting cheers

Excellent Advice. It does not matter if you use an NRT or other aid or none. You have the control in your mind. You decide whether it is easy or hard. Read and Learn. The right mindset is your forever friend, as we are here. Stay close.
