Self-commitment

This is my first day . Cant do it anymore even if i will be dying still will not smoke.

Hello Preet. I hope you have been with us awhile reading and learning about nicotine. The most important thing to know is that smoking has never done anything for us. I have posted Allan Carr's book free to read on line by clicking on my name and finding my post. Learn about the mindset and how to retrain your brain. Quitting need not be hard if you can find it in you to embrace the journey. Why wouldn't you? Have you ever heard of anyone who regret quitting smoking?
Read how we succeed and you can to. A craving is but a mere thought. Ignore it. Don't debate with it, for you have already made up your mind. Have a plan and follow through. You can do it!

Thanks for your support nuts and happiness.
Sleep time now already 10:45 pm.
It was a very hard day and tomorrow will be more harder as i guess.
But i will not give up.
Hope for the best.

It doesn't have to be all that hard, after all the nicotine withdrawal is over the worst at 72 hours .If you accept this journey for all the good it will bring and understand that you are not giving up anything except a very costly and vile habit, looking forward to this journey can make the cravings helpless. They can only take hold if you pause to debate it. I had no cravings to speak of because they had no place to take root. Undoing the brainwashing and understanding nicotine can set you free.
Today, think positive. The worst day is already over and a craving is just the nicotine monster begging to be fed. You have the control to kill it before it does it's best to kill you. One day at a time, look ahead and not back.
