Hello Bubbles8888.You have done this before and you shall do so again. Nothing has ever been accomplished by thinking negative, so please just think positive. Know that you too can be a non-smoker once again. Finding the mindset once done, will keep you as a happy non-smoker. You really should only need to quit once!

Hi bubbles. I quit with patches. 6 weeks on a full one then 2 weeks with 1/2 patch. They help but you also need to stay strong and distract yourself if a craving hits. You can do this baby steps then work up to a sprint.

I am glad that you are finding the community beneficial to your journey both in advice and support. Divert your energy and attention to what you want in life, not what you feel you are depriving yourself of. Cigarettes have never done anything for us but rob us of health and wealth and even our freedom. It is great being liberated. Stay busy, set new goal and interest and enjoy your new found freedom.
