Breath by Breath, step by step and day by day Catherine. Congratulations on making a wise decision and having the determination to see it through. Will power alone is not wise as there is a learning process involved as well. Retrain your mind with positive visions of a new you and the desire to be that happy non-smoker.

Thanks happiness for your support I definitely need support. I think about smoking all the time but my will power has to be stronger. I’m still feeling positive.

Hi nuts lol I have found it hard at times today but I’m still sticking to my guns. I don’t want to smoke again. Can’t wait for the day when I don’t get any cravings though. Also I have my kids and husband supporting me. So good so far. Thanks heaps for your msg of encouragement it definitely helps 😊

Remember that those cravings can be thought of in a positive manner. You are winning! Starve the nicodemon out and he will leave you alone. Retrain your mind , and most of all embrace the journey as you would any good change in your life like a move or new job. Those can mean stress and work too, but handling them in a positive manner helps us to adjust more quickly. You can do this!

Today’s my worst day yet. I needed that msg happiness. I woke up this morning and thought about having a cigarette. Probably also feeling a bit down missing my kids as well but I will get passed this and still refusing to smoke that smoke. I say no more.
