...is what I’ll call the craving. Had a wine last night, at home by myself, and smoked 3 cigarettes...aaargh! Didn’t even enjoy the second 2. Throwing them away and starting again today. No coffee, no wine, just NRT lozenges. Snacking & drinking water is helpful, and like one of the other quitters said, it’s surprising how much one can eat if it’s healthy food, like raw veggies. Off to the gym.

I love your way of thinking Wingspan. Don't let the little set backs stop you, keep on going with a little modification. Keep up the great attitude for it it that kind of attitude and perseverance that get you to the other side. You know you. You now know what nicotine is about. NOPE!
