Making the decision to give up is all you need to do!

Making the decision to give up is the only decision that needs to be made. You have to want it but once you do the rewards are amazing.
I tried many times and now can say it was the best thing I have ever done. I smoked for over 30 years and probably 30 a day and am now angry with myself for wasting 30 years and so much money and now i know, IT WAS SO EASY!
Once you make the decision all you have to do is overcome the memories of the times you smoke. Once you break the memories of the times and when you smoke and then it just gets easier and easier.
Honestly, a couple of weeks pain and then your good.

The mind is a powerful thing. Retrain it and you are on the way to becoming a non-smoker. Cravings are nothing but mere thoughts for the most part. Turn your mind to something else and let it pass. I like you DavidR ,wish that i had given up this filthy expensive habit years ago. Better late than never. You can regain control again.
