For money, for family and me

Giving up should not be an option. Read and learn to hate what smoking does to you. Crave good health and lined pockets instead and your wish will be granted. There are so many aids to help. I have posted Allan Carr's book free as well as another story on how to quit with "Given Up, Given Up. Try This!" They say it takes an average of 7 times to quit smoking, but it doesn't have to if you are WANTING TO QUIT and have some basic tools. A positive attitude takes you furthest i think. A belief in yourself and a certainty that the goal is achievable if you just stick with the plan. I am not special, yet I had no problem this time with tools like forums and knowledge under my belt. The true desire to quit does make it possible.
