sick of it
im sick of spending all my money on smokes. im sick of constantly thinking about smokes. i tried to quit cold turkey and cutting down but it got the best of me.
so wish me luck on champix. hopefully be able to kick this addiction in the butt

Welcome minkiejade I hope the champix work well for you to take the edge off. However you quit just remember that you still require determination to beat the addiction. There are no magic wands, just keep busy and despise those cigarettes for all they have robbed from you. You just need to want to quit more than you want to smoke and you will succeed.😊

Today is thirteen weeks of not smoking. I am on Champix.
Its been ok. Have you started to take it. I gave up on day 9. Planned for day 10 but just didnt feel like a cig on day 9 so just allowed myself to have one if I wanted but I havent since.
Im not saying I dont think of it. But Im able to just think of something else and that thought will go away. Im doing an extra 4 weeks on Champix.
Anyway there isnt anything good about smoking. I feel now my options are.
1 Put up with and keep dealing with the craving. Hoping it will be less soon At the moment probably once or twice a day. Im fine quite relaxed about it all really.
2 Have one cig. Which will make my cravings worse so I will start smoking again.
I think I will continue with 1 at the moment.
