Stronger than the smokes

Remain determined not to be a slave to addiction. Physical withdrawals, while difficult, can be managed. It’s the mental and emotional triggers which are most challenging. Lots of positive self talk, CBT, mindfulness....whatever works. When the urge to smoke strikes, tell yourself that you are strong enough to let the urge pass. Remind yourself at such times that “I don’t smoke”.

I like your way of thinking! And I agree..it's great to remind myself that I don't smoke. It is the mind that definitely makes it challenging! 31 says down. How bout you?
