Well it’s day 3 today hope I can keep going the cravings are still very high up there atm but my trying and so far I haven’t fallin. It’s also day 3 for my hubby I really don’t want to be at each other’s wits hopefully we can do this together

Keep up the good work you’re almost through the worst part!!! After about a week the cravings lessen up a lot! But remember the worst part is almost over!!!!

It's good to see that your quitting with someone else who's close to you that way you can support each other and ask how the other one feels and relate easily. I'm going to give quit buddy a go still early days so your at the real hard part but it does get easier good luck
