You said it all Josh.What more motivation do you need mate.You wanna watch your kids grow up and they need you to be there to provide and teach and cuddle and play.You want to give up or you wouldn't be on this site.As Red says be a non smoker Josh and NO MATTER WHAT! do not put one in your mouth.All the best buddy.
