QUIT
i always wanted to quit but seem to fail every time i try. My husband doesn't know i smoke or maybe he suspects me of smoking. when he asks if i smoke i always lie, i tell him that the reason why i smoke only if he stops smoking weed which is partly a lie. WE always argue over money been wasted over smoke!! I know i lie to my husband which is not good and i should quit smoking so that i don't lie anymore. Please do not hesitate to advise me or encourage me to quit it (SMOKE)!!
My first few hours without SMOKE!! Hopefully i continue without smoke for the rest of my life. I will swap smoke for lollies..instead of smoking, i will chew some candies...
I smoke in secret too. I am ashamed and can't believe that I would rather stay home and smoke by myself than spend time around people. Smoking is stupid and it robs you of so much. I am so proud of you for being strong and true to you
