Health reasons

Hello everyone

I just decided to stop smoking (again!). I am 45 years old. I’ve given up smoking 2 years ago for 6 months and had a stressful situation, lit up a cigarette from my sister, of course I thought it would only be one and I’m in control and won’t have it again. 2 years later here I am.

I really need to stop as I have 2 stents in my heart, that was the reason I gave it up. I gained so much weight when I stopped smoking and when I started again my weight is unchanged. I haven’t read the stories yet, but I look forward to reading them. I hope I can do it for good this time :-)
