AS OF YET DON'T HAVE MUCH OF A TIP OTHER THAN USING NIC.GUM ON OCCASIONS.STRUGGLING NOW BUT DETERMINED.

Smoking takes time. Get creative with the time you save. Pick activities that take ten to twenty minutes. Have a list of ten activities. When you would usually smoke do something else. Make a phonecall, write a poem, do a drawing, send an email, eat an apple, brush your teeth, strum a guitar, pat the dog, arrainge some flowers, go for a walk. Gum is helpful. I use it in combination with lifestyle stratergies. I applaude you.
