Hey guys just need a bit of guidance I'm 21 years old and I've just had enough of smoking have quit once befor but only made it to a week as I was to stressed and was the first thing I ran for does anyone have and advice on how to make the cravings easier I would like to quit once again this time for good

Red is completely right. :) When ever a craving hits the best way to work through it is to distract yourself. I myself cleaned every time a craving hit. A craving will only last as long as you focus on it. Do something that takes away from that. After a week or two at the most your new habit will be to stay busy. Once your busy you wont have time for smoking. In the long run you will feel better.
